Where do you provide in-home and remote help?

In-home visits are available around Vero Beach, Indian River County, and nearby homes by appointment. Remote help is available by request when the issue is a good fit.

Can you help with passwords, security, and scams?

Yes. That includes simpler password systems, two-factor login setup, basic security reviews, scam prevention settings, and account recovery planning. Help stays ethical and security focused.

Can you help set up a new phone, tablet, computer, or TV?

Yes. I can help get a new device connected, updated, transferred, and easier to use, then make sure you know the everyday steps that matter most.

Do I need to prepare anything before a visit?

No special preparation is needed. If you can, make a short list of what is not working or what feels confusing, and have the relevant devices nearby so we can spend the visit on what matters most.

Will you make changes without asking first?

No. I explain important changes before I make them. You stay in control of the choices, settings, files, and accounts involved.
